Milesfit is a private studio fitness that has anything you might need to train. They offer customized programs, nutrition coaching, group classes, personal training and supplement plans.

What brought them to our top 12 Montreal gyms list is their attention to truly customize everything they do for you.

Crossfit Montreal made our list of gyms in Montreal, because they have three different workout areas which amount to 10,500 square feet.

As you probably know, there isn’t a lot of machines since Crossfit is mostly done with the use of free weights mostly. You can find their pricing here.

3. Mansfield Athletics Club

We chose Mansfield as part of our Montreal gyms list, because they offer almost everything: from group classes, to private training, to relaxation facilities, and so on. The surface of the gym is also gigantic, 48,000 square feet, to make sure you always find a place to train.

It is definitely a more prestigious gym with prices going above $100 per month, but could totally be worth it for the quality of their service.

4. Victoria Park

The YMCA‘s vary a lot based on the location. The biggest one located on Peel downtown has multiple gyms, a pool, a race track, a gym and indoor squash courts. If you want to get in better shape for a quality price, this is one of Montreal’s favourite gyms.

Éconofitness is a gym with extremely affordable plans. It’s either $129.75 per year or $4.99 bi weekly. Of course, the only catch is the gym is almost always full.

They do have quite a lot of equipments. If you like full gyms with tons of equipment that are extremely cheap, this might be your lucky day.

Citalfort gym is located in Saint-Léonard. With over 13,000 squared foot, you have access to free weights, synthetic turf, cardio machines, musculation, lockers, showers and parking. They also offer private and semi private trainings, nutritionist, osteopaths, naturopaths, life coaches and motivational coaches.

Essentially, if you are located nearby, Citalfort offers pretty much anything you might need.

11. Gold’s Gym Prestige

Gold’s Gym Prestige is located in Ville Saint-Laurent. You can have access to pretty much any musculation or cardio machines you want. They have a bistro, a pool and something called “Tribe Team” where you can join fitness classes.

12. Report Fitness

Report Fitness Montreal

Report Fitness offers HIIT workouts, massage therapy, calisthenics and nutrition coaching. They also have a six week challenge on their website if you’re up to the task.
